Delivery

We deliver within Germany as well as to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping Costs (Including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

  • DHL Package up to 2 kg: €6.19
  • DHL Package up to 5 kg: €7.69
  • DHL Package up to 10 kg: €10.49
  • DHL Package up to 20 kg: €18.99
  • DHL Package up to 31.5 kg: €23.99

Deliveries to other countries:

  • DHL Package up to 2 kg: €14.49
  • DHL Package up to 5 kg: €16.49
  • DHL Package up to 10 kg: €21.49
  • DHL Package up to 20 kg: €27.30
  • DHL Package up to 31.5 kg: €45.49

Delivery Timeframes

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery takes place within:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • Other countries: 5–7 business days

The delivery period begins after the contract is concluded or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment.

Please note:

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
